Ingredients (makes ~12 bites)
- 100g (1 cup) almond flour
- 56g (¼ cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 40g (⅓ cup) powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)

- Pinch of salt (omit if using salted butter)
Instructions
- Cream the Butter & Sweetener
